Teaching Medical students Chemistry of macromolecules, metabolism,
metabolic pathways, synthesis and degradation of biological parameters,
enzymes, hormone, vitamins and minerals. Clinical manifestations of
macromolecules disorders.
Practical determination of liver function tests, Renal function tests, lipid
profile, amylase, urease enzymes, Cardiac enzymes, liver enzymes,
electrolytes, glucose.
Pharmacology: drugs acting on the different body organs and systems, their
side effects, their interactions, antibiotics, contraindications.

Research Experience/ Skills:
Since 2008 to date, conducting research in experimental animals, mainly
Wistar Albino Rats, investigating the therapeutic uses of different Medicinal
Plants in different diseases, induced experimentally in animals.

Collection of blood samples from the Retro-orbital plexus of rats` eyes, using
capillary tubes.
Oral administration of doses using Oro-gastric feeding tube.
Parentral injection of animals using fine-needle syringes (s/c, i/p, and i/m).
Dissection of experimental animals for collection of tissue samples for
histopathological investigation.
Preparation of aqueous and plant extracts.
Phytochemical screening of the study plant.
Biochemical analysis of the study biological parameter.
