Suggested Criteria
Nominees should be completing 4 or more years of employment in the Papillion-La Vista School District. In addition to
exemplary job performance, nominees should exhibit outstanding effectiveness in working with students, service to their
school and school improvement, commitment to modeling and mentoring excellence in education, and professional
involvement.

Each nomination should also include 2, and no more than 2, letters of support and the supervisors supporting form completed
by the Principal or Supervisor. Supporting letters may come from anyone knowledgeable of the nominees’ service. Return by
