classes entered according to the guidelines set forth in the NRCHA rulebook. This is to insure that
competitors are aware of the criteria for the different classes in which they are indeed eligible to
compete. See NRCHA Rule Book, 2012, rule 12.1.15
WARNING: Pursuant to Florida Statute 773.05, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is
not liable for an injury to, or death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent
risks of equine activities.
For and in consideration of participating in equine activities, the Participant hereby does forever and finally hold
harmless, release, remise, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge the Gulf Coast Cow Horse Association, the National
Reined Cow Horse Association, Triple J Ranch, First String Farms, LLC, Debbie Hall, Show Secretary (the “Equine
Activity Sponsors”), and each of their owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and guests of and from all manner of
action, and actions, cause and causes of action, suit, debts, dues, sums of money, bonds, billings, contracts,
controversies, agreements, promises, damages, variances, judgments, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law
or in equity, which may arise or might in the future arise or herein after may arise for or against the Equine Activity
Sponsors.Furthermore, the Equine Activities Sponsors (the Gulf Coast Cow Horse Association, the National Reined Cow
Horse Association, Triple J Ranch, First String Farms, LLC and each of their owners, officers, directors, employees, agents
and guests) will not be held responsible for accidents or loss which may occur to an exhibitor, spectator, guest, rider,
groom, other person, animal, or equipment at the competition; nor will they be responsible for any article of any kind
or nature that may be lost, destroyed, stolen.The signature below confirms that I am aware of the warning and waive
any liability to/from the Gulf Coast Cow Horse Association, the National Reined Cow Horse Association, Triple J Ranch,
First String Farms, LLC, and each of their owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, guests and volunteers for all
equine activity in conjunction with this horse show. I understand and agree to abide by the rules set forth by
the Gulf Coast Cow Horse Association and the National Reined Cow Horse Association. By signing this
form I acknowledge the inherent risks of equine activities, which may include accident, injury or even
death by participating in this equine event.
