When will Registration open?
Registration will open Monday, October 5 th at 8a.m. Central Time and can be accessed online at www.aaoinfo.org. The deadline to receive the early registration fees is March 25 th @ 11:59pm Central Time.

Badge Reprint Fee: The AAO will allow one free re-print onsite, then $50 per re-print; only one re-print per day. This applies to ALL – doctors, staff, spouse/guest, exhibitors
What are the discount options for Orthodontic Staff? NOTE: Only one option may be used.
AAO Staff Club members pay a registration fee of $260 for early registration/$410 for late registration (after
3.25.16).
Non-AAO Staff Club members pay a registration fee of $280. If 4 or more Non-AAO Staff Club members, they will each receive a discount of 20%.
What are the guidelines for Cancellations / Refunds?
Requests for registration cancellation / refunds must be received in writing, including name and registration/badge number, and sent to the attention of the Sarah Dvorak via e-mail sdvorak@aaortho.org, fax 800.747.2513 or mail (401 N. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63141).
Requests received after June 2, 2016 (30 days after meeting) will not be approved.
