The CLUB After School Program at Glen Este Middle School The CLUB after school program is for middle school students who are looking to improve their grades, develop positive peer relationships, improve their physical fitness and develop positive social skills in a safe environment. The CLUB provides diversified programs and activities in the Club five core areas: CHARACTER & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EDUCATIONS & CAREER DEVELOPMENT HEALTH & LIFE SKILLS THE ARTS SPORTS, FITNESS, & RECREATION The CLUB staffs are here to help each club member succeed and realize his or her full potential. Club staffs are trained in communication and effective listening, conflict resolution, arbitration and mediation, group supervision and recreation. All staff are First Aid & CPR certified.
