A smart city needs modern infrastructures, e.g. digital infrastructure, roads, energy
networks supporting smart services. How can they be upgraded without disruptions, with
lower costs, better planning using an integrated approach and enhance the use of open
data?

from increased co-deployment and coordination of civil works

2. How can municipalities make best use of their passive infrastructure
to enhance connectivity of their cities (e.g. city lighting
infrastructures and other ducts/passive infrastructure of utilities)
3. How can municipalities improve transparency of planned works to
enhance coordination of civil works– facilitating the implementation
of measures on Access to publicly funded civil works
4. How can municipalities implement electronic efficient permit
granting systems
