1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The following documents are required at the time of enrollment:
 Birth certificate
 Social security card
 Immunization record
Immunizations must be current and submitted to the school nurse prior to starting school!
You may obtain a copy of your child’s immunization record from their previous school or contact your family physician.

Proof of residency (a deed/lease agreement or a current utility bill)
 Driver’s license of person enrolling student
 Report card and STAAR results from previous school
 Transcript from previous school (High School students)
Students enrolling in Kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2014.
SISD will be offering a 3 year old PK program starting 2014 – 2015 school year.
Students enrolling in our 3 or 4 year old Pre K program must be 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2014.
(*There are qualifications a child must meet in order to enroll in Pre K)
