Dear Parents,
During this upcoming year, your son/daughter will be utilizing a class website developed to help
students manage their classwork and homework. It is vital that you are aware of the class
website’s URL and I ask you to review periodically the agenda and information posted to the
site. All downloads are posted and revised weekly.
Also, in order to correspond with parents electronically, I would like to have parent e-mails on
file. The classroom environment operates completely digital, so with your help we can reduce
the need to print. Student work will be held in individual digital student portfolios and work will
be reviewed and grade stamped. Students will have complete control of all information copied
into their portfolios. This will be their responsibility. All uploaded classwork and homework has
a due date. The students will be accessing their created Google Drive to upload their student
work for submission and grading. A copy will be kept on their USB for working and archival
purposes.
