Lets learn more about this reptile...where it lives, what it eats, and why it is endangered. Whiteboard Vocabulary Teacher: (Teacher identifies item/answers the question and then introduces vocabulary words in context) Teacher: Let’s hear a story. I am the Green Sea Turtle. When they hear the phrase I live, they will put a place marker on the ocean. When they hear the phrase I eat, they will put a place marker on the grass and algae. When they hear the phrase, I am endangered because, they will put a place marker on the human and other animals pictures. Activity 2 See lesson plan 10 activity 2 The students will be given picture cards of Green Sea Turtle, ocean, sea grass and algae, humans and other animals.
