Invitation to Participate in Vendor Show
Antiques, Crafts, Collectibles
Sunday, May 17, 2015, 9 am to 4 pm - Batsto Historic Village

Dear Prospective Exhibitor,
Cruisin' Classics Auto Club offers you an opportunity to exhibit at the Shine in the Pines Spring
Event in Batsto Village, Sunday, May 17, 2015. It is our 5th annual Batsto car show and a unique
opportunity for visitors to enjoy one of NJ's historical sites. Outdoor show, rain or shine. Space is
limited. Applications for Display Vendors and for Food Vendors attached.
Examples of acceptable displays are:
 antiques and collectibles
 outdoor crafts--birdhouses, bat
houses, yard art, etc.
 arts and crafts
 demonstrations (i.e. beekeeping,
 herbs and plants
blacksmithing, woodworking, etc.)
 wood carving
No yard sale type items (household items, toys, etc.).

No generators in vending area.
No canopies, tables or chairs will be supplied. Please bring all supplies with you.
 All sales and trades are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
 All Exhibitors must be registered with New Jersey State for collection of sales tax. If you do
not have a NJ tax number, we suggest you contact: New Jersey Division of Taxation, CIS CN
252, Trenton, NJ 08646, 609-292-6400.
 Any part of the exhibit not conforming to the spirit and theme of the show may be asked to
remove any part or the entire exhibit without refund.
 Food and drink will be available.

Terms of Agreement:








I will keep my display within the guidelines of the invitation-- antiques, crafts, collectibles, art,
demonstrations, etc.
I will use only the Exhibit area assigned to me and will cover all tables. Boxes will be kept out of sight.
I will leave my exhibit on display until 3:45 pm
I will check in at the rear of the Visitors Center Parking Lot beginning at 7:00 am to receive my
location number. My vehicle(s) must be removed from the Exhibit area to the parking lot by 8:30 am
sharp.
I hereby irrevocably authorize and give consent to Cruisin' Classics Auto Club and the Batsto Village to
use my image or likeness, in any form, for advertising or promotion of this show without further
compensation or notification to me.
This signed application/agreement and full payment will be submitted to Cruisin' Classics Auto Club.
This is a rain or shine event with no refunds.
My New Jersey Tax ID# will be available at the show.
I agree to remove all trash and leave my site as clean as found.
