Presentation and discussion of the Starboard’s application for temporary
expansion of premises; grand opening, running of the bulls, and Dewey goes pink
Presentation by the Planning Commission on Sea Level Rise regarding an
ordinance to amend Chapter 101-11 Elevation, floodproofing and construction standards
applicable within general floodplain area

compliance application for Restaurant/Brewerypub by Dewey Beer Company map and parcel
20.14-222.00 on 2100 Coastal Highway, Dewey Beach, Delaware-Formerly known as
Theo’s/Bubba’s POSTPONED TO FUTURE DATE
2. Discuss and possibly vote on the possible approval of the Starboard’s application for
temporary expansion of premises; grand opening, running of the bulls and paint the town pink
3. Discuss and possibly vote on a revised ordinance from the Planning Commission on Sea
Level Rise amending Chapter 101-11 Elevation, flood proofing and construction standards
applicable within general floodplain area. POSTPONED TO FUTURE DATE
4. Dewey Beach Business Partnership presentation on Fair Share
5. Discuss and possibly vote to approve an ordinance to amend, Chapter 93-5-E, Chapter 1584-A and Chapter 158-9-B, free parking on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (5pm to 11pm),
during the summer season
6. Discuss and possibly vote to form an Investment Committee and possibly vote to appoint
chairman and members to a new Investment Committee and goals of the committee
7. Town Manager’s update on costs to repair and improve the Lifesaving Station
8. Discuss and possibly vote to make changes and improvements to the business license and
building permits and application process
9. Discuss Town Code section 185-25D conditional uses for conforming restaurants, a
continuation from Town Manager workshop
10. Discuss Public Right of Way on residential streets, a continuation from Town Manger
workshop
11. Update and presentation of Public Safety Cameras
12. Discuss and possibly vote to make changes to Dickinson Avenue bayside parking by
eliminating parking for safety reasons
13. Discuss and possibly vote to change the June meeting date from June 13 to June 20
