Congratulations on qualifying for the ASAA 2A Girls Volleyball 2011 Provincial
Championships! Below you will find the name and number of the hotel where rooms have been placed
on hold for your team for Nov. 23, 24, and 25. It is up to you to call the hotel and confirm your rooms.
Please pay close attention to the deadline for confirming your room reservation. Rooms will be released
to the general public after the confirmation deadline. 5 rooms have been reserved for your team
members. If you are a team with a male coach there are a few extra rooms for a team chaperone.
Official Hotels for the 2011 Girls’ 2A ASAA Volleyball Provincials:
Ramada- Hotel is located 40 minutes south of Spirit River and 10KM north of Grande Prairie.
All zones have 6 non-smoking double rooms booked at the hotels (either the Ramada or Motel 6).
Please reference your zone when booking hotel rooms. Rooms will need to be confirmed by Monday
November 21st, 2011 at NOON. The cost per room is $99.00 plus tax at the Ramada. The hotel will be
offering a buffet style breakfast (Included in the price) for teams on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
morning. Please speak with the hotel front desk to arrange a time that your team will eat breakfast. If
your team will be staying Saturday night you will need to make arrangements with the hotel on your

Central, South, North West Wild Card, and Edmonton.
Motel 6- Hotel is located 40 minutes south of Spirit River and 10KM north of Grande Prairie.
Teams staying at Motel 6 can go to the Ramada for a complimentary hot breakfast. Motel 6 does not
offer a complimentary breakfast, but you can get vouchers from the front desk at Motel 6 for the hot
breakfast offered at the Ramada. The Ramada is located across the highway from Motel 6. Please
reference your zone when booking hotel rooms. Zones booked at Motel 6: South Central, South Central
Wild Card, North East Wild Card, North West (Zone Champ/Host), and Calgary. ***Note that there are
no fridges in the rooms at Motel 6. The cost per room is $69.00.
