AIMS
1) Raising awareness young people and public about protecting cultural and
natural heritage.
2) Informing young people and public through the examples that have been
destroyed about how destruction been and it’s results.
3) Performing activities on cultural and natural protection.
ACTIVITIES
Organizing events (Street competitions, interviews, questionnaires,
photographing, distributing brochures) in cultural and natural asset areas to
attract public attention and contrubiting to raise their awareness.
To arrange presentations and seminars with the participations of Akdeniz
University’s faculty members and Antalya Directorate of Cultural Heritage
Conservation District Board.
Having an opportunity to see cultural heritage destructions in the trips that will
be organized to cultural and natural asset areas and taking their pictures. To
edit a photo exhibition related to them.
Each country will promote their own cultural and natural heritage with
presentations and workshops.
WHO IS THE TARGET AUDIENCE?
Younger individuals between the ages of 16-30, youth leaders and youth
workers is the target audience of the project.
RESULTS
Participant countries will collect information regarding the cultural and natural
heritage destruction with workshops, presentations, questionnaires and daily
ancient city trips in the first week of the project. In the last three days of the
project they will make short films and organize a photo exhibition with the
knowledge that they have.
After returning to their country participants will share project outputs with
their local people and they will organize a photo exhibition about project in
their own cities. We are aiming that participants and the local people of their
countries will be part of the process becoming a volunteer concerning the
protection of cultural and natural heritage.
We are looking for partners to our Erasmus+ Key Action 1 “Youth Exchange”
project. Application of our project will be 17 March 2014.
Travel Reimbursement;
For travel distance between 100-499 KM is 80 Euro per participant.
For travel distance between 500-1999 KM is 170 Euro per participant.
For travel distance between 2000-2999 KM is 270 Euro per participant.
All of exceptional costs will be covered (Visa).
