CAMPUS AND PARKING
During the week of Camp X, Roll Hill will host two editions of the camp: Jr. Edition and Elementary Edition. Camp X Jr. will take
place in the Kids and Student Center (Bldg B) and Camp X Elementary will be in the Main Building.
The upper parking lot, in front of buildings A & B, is reserved for Camp X Jr. campers only. The lower parking lot, behind building A,
is designated for Camp X Elementary campers.
ESSENTIAL GEAR
 Camp X T-shirt
Please have your children wear their Camp X t-shirt and safe shoes each day. Your child will be participating in extreme
activities, so send your children to Camp X in clothes that can get messy/wet. We recommend that your child wear waterresistant sunscreen.
 Camper Wrist Band
Your child will be provided with one plastic wristband. The wristband will have the number of your child’s small group, as
well as a security code unique to your family. Please have your child wear the wristband during the entire week.
 Family Security Cards
One for you, and one for your spouse or carpool partner! Please keep your card with you. The cards are marked with your
family’s unique security code, which matches your child’s wristband. You will need this card to check out your children.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Go straight to the Main Auditorium for Camp X Elementary or to the Kids & Student Building for Camp X Jr. Follow the signs to
your child’s Small Group assignment, which is highlighted on the map included in your registration packet. You will check in your
child with their small group leader. For safety reasons, an adult must check-in children. Do not drop your child off at the curb.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Parents are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to enjoy the closing songs and prayer! If you would like to join us, we ask that you
stay near the back of the auditorium until the program has ended.
Children must stay with their Small Group Leader until a parent, guardian, or authorized adult arrives. For safety reasons,
children will not be allowed to meet parents at the curb.

To check your child out:
1. Go to the Main Auditorium for Camp X Elementary or to the Kids & Student Building for Camp X Jr.
2. Show your Family Security Card to your child’s Small Group Leader.
3. The Leader will match the number on your card with your child’s wristband. Any adult you authorize to pick up your
children must have a Family Security Card!
If you misplace your card, go to Station One in the Main Lobby of Bldg A for assistance. Be prepared to show your Driver’s License!
Your child’s safety is our upmost concern.
KIDS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
If your child has special needs, you should have received information regarding check-in/check-out procedures for Camp X. If you
have not received this information, please contact Paula Skeel at paula@rollhillchurch.com.
SILVER WARS
This year, we will be holding an interactive coin drive for our Viva Mexico missions! Your child’s loose change will be used to
support the La Iglesia de Jesus church in Tijuana, Mexico, which the Roll Hill high school team built during their spring break mission
trip.
DAILY THEMES
Each day, we will look at Jesus’ parables and learn how we can put their principles into practice in our everyday lives. Here’s a list of
the stories that we’ll be talking about:
