Music Summer Camp Financial Support Application
The Mount Horeb Music Parents Association offers financial support to students attending
summer music camps, WYSO or Winds of Wisconsin. Awards may be up to 50% tuition with a
maximum award of $150.00. Exact amounts are based on the pool of designated funds each year
and the number of applicants. (For example, $2500 in designated funds with 50 students
applying would yield $50 per student award.)
Students must apply for the financial award by October 15. Late applications will not be
accepted. Please include some form of confirmation letter or invoice indicating child’s
attendance at camp and a copy of a receipt or cancelled check with this application.
