A. PATIENT CARE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Record intake and output chart
 Administration of analgesic and antibiotic
 Properly disinfection and sterilization of device that contact with patient
 Proper disposal of catheter and needles etc.
 Attending doctors rounds
 Encourage post – operative activities such as breathing ,coughing, spirometry &
mobility as ordered
 Hand washing before and after every procedure
 Maintain aseptic technique when changing surgical dressing
 Inventory
 Checking working condition of equipment
B. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT
Perform the responsibilities of team leader like delegating work to team members
coordinating the work, conducting pre and post conference in each shift, taking nurses
rounds and assessment of patient needs.
