THURSDAY
JULY 17:
- Depart San Diego for Paris, France. We travel through the night, so we
can get some sleep, and arrive tomorrow morning (9 hours later than CA).
2.
FRIDAY
JULY 18:
- Arrive Charles de Gaulle Airport, met by private bus for transfer to Paris.
- "Sights of Paris Tour" - by private bus, with guide, and also walking tour.
We see the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, the
Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries and the Bridges across the Seine.
- 3.00 pm We can now check into our hotel, very centrally located, and within
easy walking distance of restaurants, pavement cafes and a soccer field!
- We enjoy a 3 night stay in our Paris hotel, with breakfast included daily.
- Optional “Bateau Mouche” boat-ride and a nice Parisian dinner (at extra cost).

SATURDAY
JULY 19:
- 8.00 am Breakfast. Morning tour to The Cathedral of Notre Dame – “Our
Lady In Paris”, French Gothic style with its amazing flying buttresses.
- Art-lovers will enjoy the opportunity to visit the fabulous Louvre - the
world's largest Art Gallery, and home of the Mona Lisa and the Venus de
Milo. The user-friendly Musee d'Orsay reflects western art from 1814 to 1914,
including the famous works of the very recognisable Impressionist Period.
- Friendly Game # 1 against local Parisian teams, with socialising.

SUNDAY
JULY 20:
- 8.00 am Breakfast. Visit to the Chateau de Versailles, on the outskirts of
Paris. Here, the French Revolution began in October 1789 - leading to the
execution of Queen Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVI shortly afterwards.
- We suggest lunch in the very nice pavement cafes outside the Palace.
- Back to our hotel to change & enjoy a Training Session on nearby turf field.
- Evening visit to Montmartre to see the Sacre Coeur Basilica, and the
atmospheric Place du Tertre (Artists' Square), art souvenir shopping.
COTE D’AZUR & MONTE CARLO
We enjoy a 2 night stay in Nice on the French Riviera, also known as the
“Cote d’Azur” (the Blue Coast). A wonderful ambience with a superb climate,
friendly people and the scenic Alpes Maritime just behind Nice. We also
visit tax-free Monte Carlo in the historic Principality of Monaco.

MONDAY
JULY 21:
- Depart Paris hotel after breakfast for our journey south – by hi-speed train.
- We arrive in Nice early afternoon, after a rapid 5 hour train ride.
- 3 night stay in a hotel in the centre of Nice, with breakfast in the hotel and
dinners out in a variety of French restaurants. We enjoy a walk around the
Old Town of Nice with its pavement cafes, street markets & beaches.
- Dinner in restaurant on the trendy Promenade des Anglais beach boulevard.

TUESDAY
JULY 22:
Promenade des Anglais
- Morning tour of the Alpes Maritime - Grasse and the superb St Paul de Vence.
- This is in the valley of the River Loup – “Le Gorge du Loup” and offers very
dramatic mountain & valley scenery. We suggest a walk in the lovely hills.
- Back to hotel to change and get ready for our friendly game later today.
- Friendly Game # 2 v French teams, with dinner together afterwards.
PRINCIPALITY OF MONACO
Controlled by the Grimaldi family since 1297, the principality of Monaco is the last
European state – apart from the Vatican – with an autocratic ruler. The present
Prince Albert is currently the ruler, following the death of his popular father Prince
Rainier III in April 2005. Prince Rainier had a fairy-tale marriage to the American
film-star Grace Kelly in 1956: Princess Grace tragically died in a car accident in 1982.
TUSCANY (2 nights)

Wednesday
July 23:
- Depart hotel for Italy: en route, we enjoy a pleasant morning in the Principality of
Monaco to see how the rich & famous live. Changing The Guard at 11am.
- After lunch, we continue south to Tuscany, and the Spa Town of Montecatini.
- Check into our hotel for 2 nights, in time for dinner, and a stroll into town.

Thursday
JULY 24:
- Breakfast in our hotel followed by 9.00 am departure for a Florence Tour.
- 10.00 am Arrive Florence, meet local Guide for a 2 hour tour of the city.
- 12 noon Tour booked for the Accademia to see “David” – cost is $20.
- Afternoon: Free time for lunch and shopping. The Street Markets and
shops in Florence are exceptional, so bring plenty of Euros to spend!
- The Uffizi Art Gallery and Ponte Vecchia Bridge (see below) are a “must”.
- 6.00 pm Friendly Game # 3 v Tuscany teams, with socialising.
- 7.30 pm Return by private bus to hotel in Montecatini. Free time in town!

JULY 25:
- Breakfast. 9.30 am Depart hotel for the amazing Leaning Tour of Pisa.
- This famous spectacle – “La Torre di Pisa” – dates from 1173 as the Bell Tour of Pisa
Cathedral. It has recently been restored and stabilized.
- The tour is in the “Field of Miracles” alongside the Baptistery and Cathedral.
- 2:00pm Depart Pisa after lunch, for Italy’s capital Rome and a 3 night stay.

JULY 26:
- 8.30 am Bus departs hotel for the religious capital of the world, The Vatican.
- 9.00 am Meet our Roman Tour Guide at the Sistine Chapel entrance entrance fee extra - in the world's smallest republic, The Vatican City.
We marvel at the Sistine Chapel, with the famed Michelangelo ceiling.
- 11 am From St Peter's Square, 262 Popes have preached the word &
we go into St Peter's Cathedral, where St Peter was martyred in 67 AD.
Saturday
contd.
- 12.00 noon Depart St Peter's Square for a walk to Piazza Navona where
we enjoy a lunch break and informal chats with the Street Artists. This
square is a jewel of Roman Baroque, former base of mock naval battles.
- 2.00 pm Depart Piazza Navona for the nearby Pantheon - built a few
years before the birth of Christ, and the biggest vault ever made of stone.
- We enjoy a visit to the “little secret” “trompe l’oeil” Cathedral of San Ignazio,
with the amazing paintings and sculptures which appear to be 3-D, but are not.
Sunday
July 27:
- 9:00am Depart on foot from our hotel for The Coliseum, build from 80 AD &
housing 55,000 spectator for totally free entertainment. Here, the Senators & citizens of
Rome cheered for increasingly bizarre and barbaric battles between slaves and a huge
assortment of exotic, wild animals.
- 11:30am A short walk along Dei Fori Imperiali to The Forum – which was
the civic centre of ancient Rome, built in 29BC by the Emperor Augustus.
- 1:00pm Tour finishes and time to enjoy a nice Italian lunch.
- Your last afternoon in Rome is free, for personal sightseeing & shopping.

MONDAY
JULY 28:
- Breakfast in hotel, load up the bus with our bags for transfer to Rome Airport.
- Check-in 3 hours before our scheduled departure for flight back to SDO.

Financial Information
Tour Cost: The price per traveler as outlined is $3,600 for the land portion only and TBA for the
airfare available after August 1st 2014. In order to make this as manageable as possible for you, and
the enable us to make financial commitments on your behalf to our various overseas suppliers, we
have devised a schedule of payment which divides this amount equally over the next several
months.
Deposit: A deposit of $800.00 per traveler will be required to hold and confirm a place on tour.
 Should you decide to cancel your participation at a later date your deposit is non-refundable.  Of
course, this deposit will be credited fully towards the cost of your trip. 
Suggested Payment Schedule: Once the deposit has been received, the remaining balance due will
be split into 6 equal payments with the final payment being due on February 15th, 2015. A summary
of the payment schedule is as follows:
Due with registration - $800.00
Due December 10th 2013- $467 Land portion plus 1/6 of the airfare.
March 10th 2014- $467 Land portion plus 1/6 of the airfare
May 10 th 2014- $467 Land portion plus 1/6 of the airfare
September 10th 2014- $467 Land portion plus 1/6 of the airfare
December 10th 2014- $467 Land portion plus 1/6 of the airfare
February 15th 2015- $467 Land portion plus 1/6 of the airfare

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
As a general rule, please note that we will always endeavor to refund to any players as much money
as is retrievable at the time of cancellation. However, because we are bound by the restrictions
imposed upon us by suppliers such as airlines, ground operators, etc, we need to make sure that you
also are aware of the cancellation fees involved. If a traveler withdraws from the tour after money has
been paid to F.C Bratz Travel, the following fees will apply:
- If cancellation is prior to December 1st 2014 , there will be a no penalty other than the forfeit of the
$800 of the deposit, which is non-refundable from the time of receipt.
- If cancellation is between December 1st 2014 and February 15th 2015, all money paid to
FC Bratz Travel will be refunded, less the entire deposit $800.00 and a $300.00 cancellation fee.
Total: $1,100.00
-If cancellation is after February 15th 2015, no refunds will be available.
 Visa requirements: Currently there is a no visa requirement for U.S citizens. Original signed U.S passport valid for 6
months beyond stay and with at least one blank VISA page is required.
 
Deviation Charge: Deviations from the main group itinerary are welcome and normally easily
accomplished if reasonable prior notice is given. There will be a charge of $200.00 per person for any
deviation from the main itinerary, in addition to the normal chargers incurred.
Trip Cancellation Insurance:
In order to protect yourself against the penalties outlined above, in addition to any unforeseen
circumstances that might cause you to withdraw from the tour, we recommend trip cancellation
insurance. The insurance is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance
coverage to protect themselves cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event of
traveler becoming ill, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility and they shall
not be entitled to any refund. There are many different programs available, we recommend to look
around for the best option that suits you.
 
INSURANCE  
 It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves
against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveller becoming ill during
a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are
the traveller's responsibility. All-Inclusive Plan includes Emergency Medical, Trip Cancellation &
Interruption, Baggage Loss, Damage & Delay, as well as Flight & Travel Accident.  We recommend to
shop around for the best travel insurance that fits your needs.
Responsibility and Liability:
The responsibility of FC Bratz Travel, the foreign ground operators, tournament organizers, and host
organization is limited. FC Bratz Travel acts in the capacity of an agent for the participants in all
matters pertaining to the tour, such as (but not limited to) the arrangement of the transportation,
accommodations, meals, sightseeing, social and cultural activities, and the sports program.
FC Bratz Travel, its suppliers, foreign tournament organizers and hosting organizations including host
clubs are not responsible for any personal injury, illness or death nor any loss, damage or theft of
belongings, nor for any error, accident, delay, deviation or curtailment of any kind cause directly by
any actions, omissions, acts of failure by:
A) Any person or company retained for the benefit of the participants, including, but not limited to
transportation, housing, and tour guides.
B) Acts of God, public enemy, arrest or restraint by any government, seizure under legal process,
quarantine restrictions, riots of civil commotions, strikes, lockouts or labor stoppages, war hazards or
dangers incident to the state of war.
C) Any defect or failure to comply with any part of local rules or regulations of any airplane,
automobile, motor coach, ship, train, or other vehicle.
D) Improper or insufficient passports or other documents. Additional expense incurred under any of
these circumstances will be the sole responsibility of the tour participants.
General: F.C Bratz Team Travel will assume that the responsible tour leader, participants and their
parents or legal guardians, are in agreement with the conditions mentioned above, and that all
engagements with FC Bratz Team Travel have been undertaken by an authorized person. These
conditions are applicable to all agreements between FC Bratz Travel and any party.
