About us
We’re an independent London estate agency specialising in sales, lettings and property management. We were set
up in 2004 when the director decided to launch a company that would take a fresh and customer-focused approach
to residential property - one that would be transparent, built on trust, and which would put the customer before the
commission.
Our service levels uphold the highest standards of professionalism and are designed to provide the sales techniques
and marketing skills needed to promote the benefits of our clients' properties. We pride ourselves on building long
standing relationships with our clients and never forget that the most valuable asset to our company is repeat
business and reputation.
To provide our customers with extra peace of mind, we’re also answerable to all the main bodies governing
residential estate agency: ARLA (the Association of Residential Lettings Agents); the NAEA (National Association
of Estate Agents); and the OEA (Ombudsman for Estate Agents).
We are based in central London SE1, with a number of trendy shops, restaurants and the popular Tower Bridge.
Transport links are good as we are 10 minutes walk from London Bridge and Tower Hill stations.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidates need to meet essential requirements:
Must be eligible for an Erasmus or Leonardo da Vinci grant for the full duration of the Placement
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel etc), e-mail, internet
Excellent English written and spoken
Work well in a team as well as individually
Good verbal communication skills as well as a pleasant telephone manner
A friendly, positive can do attitude
What will be your tasks
Canvassing/leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.
Making cold calls of introduction to new prospects
Marketing properties on the internet
Registering applicants
Arranging and accompanying market appraisals and viewings.
Negotiating with landlords and tenants.
Helping with general office administration
Our offer
As one of our interns you will be able to see what the real estate world is really like from the inside, learn some of
the basics about lettings, sales and property management, build valuable work experience, skills and knowledge,
find out whether you would enjoy working within real estate industry. You will also benefit from regular and
structured performance evaluation from your direct supervisor and will receive direct feedback to help you to
enhance your strengths and build on any areas for development.
