Bill Maxwell,
Dave Kalp brought the meeting to order.
Bruce Woodward presented the new website Mockup and the FallOut 2012 commercial to show members who may have not seen
the membership meeting display.
Dave Kalp announced events being held by 3 clubs from Indianapolis that we might reveal upon our website. He is awaiting
schedules from Jim Patterson and Dave Snyder, for he hasn’t yet seen them.
SweetCar’s is holding their 1st Breakfast of the season, Dave announced. He believes they are holding a detailing demonstration.
Bruce Barton is working actively to complete the DVD. Bruce Woodward has edited the pictures from FallOut 2011 to trim the photo
collection to size to present.
The List of Sponsors to give to Bruce Barton needs to be to David Kalp by Friday April 7th, but please get lists to Dave by Next
Thursday (6th).
Logo Artwork has been asked for, door prize sponsors will be included.
Bruce Woodward gave the treasurers report of $1,267, and spoke about the postage to send out the DVD’s to the 2011 participants.
Membership dues of $25.00 are due, and need to be sent to Bruce Woodward.
Discussion held regarding the need to send out a request for addresses, cell phone numbers, and Cars, but it was decided not to
send that out.
What is coming up for the new commercial for the FallOut 2012? It cost $150 last year, but we’ve received a quote to make a 20-30
minute program for $1,200, and would include 200 DVD’s, with covers to mail out the discs.
We could raise the $1,200 by selling sponsorships.
The Little British Motor Car Company is sponsoring with his placement near the entrance – no charge to set up space, but the club
hasn’t heard back from him yet.
Greg Cobb suggested that we get organized for the car show, wanting to get together early in April with an organization meeting. It
would generate a list of what needs doing, along with dates.
Mallory Hepler (the Winona Village Director) is negotiating permits to allow wine tasting for the fall event.
50/50 raffle is nixed as not being worth the trouble, it’s being looked at as Gambling in Indiana.

STIG – who will be Stig? Suggestion made for a STIG opposite, as comic parody? Who to play the part of an Elvis type character?
Who is the store?
Merchandise added to the website?
Merchandise for sale at FallOut? Tee Shirt offered to the entrants?
Could offer merchandise with Registration.
How about Hats?
Garment Sizing always a problem with ordering and trying to specify a selection that will sell. Will get input at general membership
meeting.
Sheila Cobb has handled Club Name Tags in the past, for members. Greg said the club used a kit to make them.
New Business:
A Tech Session is being held at the Barth’s from 1:00-5:00pm. 2 lifts, lots of room, and cards inside the house.
The Dust off is on April 21, meeting at Barth’s, traveling to Roanoke. We’ll be in an upstairs private room, starting at 1:00 and we
have to be out by 3:30 for their preparations for Dinner. It is about a 55 minute (39 miles) drive from Warsaw. There’s chocolate to
buy…
The Membership meeting is to be a Mad Anthony’s on April 10 th.
