I need you to redraw my address 41-10 157th Street Flushing NY out of Senate
District 16 and put it in 11 in order to have any representation at all.
I need you to redraw my address out of Assembly District 40 and put it in
Assembly District 26 in order to have any representation at all.
Take me out of these overwhelming bias Districts created to favor only one of the
nationalities under the claim of a Asian District. Allowing only a Chinese person
to be elected to Senate in Flushing, to only allow a Chinese person gets elected in
every level of elected office and no other.
Currently we have a Chinese Controller, a Chinese City Councilman, a Chinese
Assemblywoman and a male Chinese District Leader part A, a male Chinese or Korean
district leader in part B.
What about all the other nationalities that suffer and not get acknowledged at all. How
bias can you draw the Senate and Assembly Districts toward all other nationalities to
give everything to only one nationality under the cover of or claim of Asian in Flushing.
This appears to be Extreme biasness at its worst (at its worst) and unfair to all others
to guarantee only a Chinese person gets elected in Flushing.
I don't believe any jury or other nationality would believe this is not extreme prejudice to
all other nationalities promoting segregation to favor the Chinese under a claim of Asian
in Flushing.
Please create Balanced districts.
1.25 of one nationality to 1.0 of another nationality indicated dominance in any area.
Going above this is extreme over kill and not necessary to promote one group and may
indicate intentional biasness towards others. If Elected officials segregate others by
nationality by creating these districts. Then it will appear the Government condones
segregation and others will be allowed to use segregation at will to alienate other
nationalities at will getting away with it using this as an example claiming its allowed.
Look at your statistical breakdown by nationality for these Districts. Its outrageous to
segregate other nationalities in the community they live in, to cater to only one of the
nationalities under the implied cover of using the group Asian.
If the group Asian remains to claim a larger group under Asian. We need a European
District to separate Italians, Greeks, Irish, Germans and others from White, if you allow
a claim under the cover of Asian to be in titled to a Senate or other seat..
