`Imaginative Story Directions: Mythology, Fable, or Tall Tale You will be writing an original story and turning into a movie using either Adobe Voice, WeVideo, iMovie, or Google Slides. You may choose to write EITHER a Mythology , a CLASSIC FABLE, or a TALL TALE Your Rough Draft must be at least 1 ½ pages long. This will count as (2) MAJOR GRADES. One grade for the typed final copy of your story. One for posting your movie on Kidblog. 1. You must include a fully developed & entertaining plot. This means that your reader should know: a. Where and When your story is taking place b. What the major problem or conflict is. c. How the conflict is resolved. d. Be entertained with an interesting story 2. Your story should contain all of the elements of good writing that we have learned: a. Interesting introduction and conclusion. b. Imagery (Show, Don’t Tell!) c. Has fully developed characters d. Stays in one tense (preferably past tense) e. f. g. h. Has Exciting Verbs (not just…He walked to the store.)( He sprinted to the store.)
