This portion of the proposal process will help you determine who is responsible for the content displayed on your website
The following worksheet requires you to assign each page an owner and content contributor(s). It will also help determine the type of preparation needed to start the process of moving over to the CMS.
1.
Page Name : Current URL for the web page being evaluated.
2.
Page Owner : Person in charge of the authoring, design, and content displayed on the page (please use ePanther ID).
Although multiple people may update the website, each page should have someone who is in charge of the content displayed on the final public version of the page.
3.
Content Contributor(s) : List all individuals that will be updating the content on the page (please use ePanther ID).
4.
Update Frequency : How often will the page be updated? Daily, Weekly,
Monthly, Occasionally, Never
5.
Approval Needed : Will this page need to go through an approval process?
If yes, you can have multiples layers of approval or the site can go live with
changes from the content contributor.

Approver Level 1 : Person in charge of the initial approval
7.
Approver Level 2 : Person in charge of the intermediate approval
8.
Approver Level 3 : Person in charge of the final approval

Page Elements : If you have any of these items on your site please check the appropriate box.
Custom Application – Any application or tool created for your specific website
Dynamic Content – Any content that is drawn from another source at time of page viewing. This includes user driven information.
External Links – Include all links that are outside of you web area.

Content Update – Indicate whether you will be making changes to the content on the page before moving it into the CMS.
