Open Internet browser to MCHS homepage

Choose Parents link

Choose Infinite Campus Parent Portal

USERNAME: 10 digit student number located on your schedule

PASSWORD: lower case first initial & last initial and 6 digits of b-day ( example: john doe born July 9, 1998 would be jd070998 )

Open Internet browser to MCHS homepage
 Choose “Library Media Center” link in the Quick Links menu
 Choose the “Destiny” button

Choose Madison Central High School
 Choose the “Catalog” tab

Search by book title, author, keyword or subject
TO DETERMINE IF A BOOK HAS AN AR QUIZ (and find quiz number):


Type book title

If book comes up, then there is a quiz available.

Click on the book to see the quiz number, reading level, etc.

If nothing shows up for the title then there is no quiz available.
