2. Submit typed resume or biographical sketch, including previous/current employment and any
professional and/or academic recognition.
3. Submit copies of all undergraduate and graduate transcripts, and evidence of current enrollment, if
applicable.
4. Submit an essay (500 words maximum) on why applicant merits a scholarship from NCMA and career
goals.

member for at least one year after receipt of any scholarship funds, and commit to reimburse the Alamo
Chapter for all scholarship funds awarded in the event this condition is not fulfilled
