Dear CCMS Students and Parents:
In order to maintain the tradition for Clear Creek Middle School Students participating in the Clear Creek
High School Homecoming parade, this letter is to clarify the events for the Homecoming festivities on Friday
September 11th, 2015. In order for all MS students to attend the parade with the school, we must have this
form signed by a parent/guardian and returned to CCMS. There are two options for the day’s dismissal.
Students not given permission to attend the parade must be picked up by parents by 1:30pm, as all of our
staff will be attending and supervising students during the parade. There is also an option for students to
be dismissed from the district office on Hwy 103 following the parade. If you would like for your student to
be dismissed (ex: walking or riding with parent) following the parade, that line on this letter must be signed.
If a student is not given permission to be dismissed from the parade, then they will be expected to follow
their normal transportation plan to go home from the district office. All students will be taking backpacks
etc. that they will need for the weekend to the parade. Volleyball, Football and Cross Country Players DO
NOT have practice following the parade. Parents, please sign for one of the three options below and
return to the front office by Wednesday September 9th, 2015:
Option 1:
Please Sign here if you do not want your student to participate in the parade and will be picking your
student up prior to 1:30PM.
Parent Signature: _______________________________ Date______________
Student Name: ___________________________________grade_______
-OROption 2:
Please sign here if you are giving permission for your student to be transported by bus to attend the
homecoming parade with CCMS students and staff. Students must remain with their ASPIRE class and teacher during
the parade unless they are walking in the parade with their athletic coach. All students must report to the district
office in order to be dismissed or ride a bus.
Parent Signature: _______________________________ Date______________
Student Name: ___________________________________grade______
CHECK ONE:
My child will be taking a bus home from the district office.
My child will be dismissed from the district office and will NOT be riding the bus home.
**Students who are given permission to be dismissed will no longer be under the direct supervision
of staff. We anticipate student dismissal to take place at approximately 2:45PM.
