Information about the Exhibit Trade Show
1. Purpose
We would like many companies and organizations to attend ASPAC YAMAGATA Trade
Show which will be held from Wednesday June 04, 2014 to Saturday June 07, 2014.
Therefore, now we start inviting attendance for the Trade Show.
2. Definition
Upon this program, contents of exhibition would be unique and original agricultural/marine
products including processed food in each region. The products should be recognized by
yourself to be preferred in both inside and outside the country. And also it leads the
revitalization of regional economies with additional value through the connection with people
and community. Otherwise it should be particular things recognized by a promoter.
3. Requirements
① The companies or organizations that are supporting the event's purpose, and
attend to the Trade Show held from Thursday June 5, 2014 to Saturday June 7.
＊You have to pay for the expense of exhibition.
② During this event, only the company or organization registered in advance would be
acceptable to attendance. Either applying or attending by proxy would be
prohibited.
③ The company and organization that agrees and follows the important notice
mentioned by COC is permitted.
④ We will take a photograph to record the event in each venue. Therefore, not only
the tenant, all delegates will be in the photograph during the event.
⑤ When the congestion happened, we will change the street to one-way.
⑥ You should not sell except for the product which is registered in advance. Also,
COC will be able to withdraw the attendance when the statement in written
application is false.
⑦ It is acceptable for using official application forms only.
⑧ Not to be involved with antisocial forces among attendee and their all employees
and executives. Also, not receiving the funding from the regular member and
associate member of anti-social forces.

5. Permission of the Attendance
Please fill out an “exhibit application” and enclose 1 ~ 2 color photograph for your products.
Then please send it by post, e-mail or hand in directly to COC. We examine your application
to allow the attendance. In case of too many applications, COC will choose the groups to
attend.

7. Application Period
From Saturday March 01, 2014 to Wednesday April 30, 2014 (5PM)
8. Exhibit Fee, Way of Exhibition & Facilities Fee
〈Exhibit Fee〉
【Venue A】Metropolitan Yamagata 100,000 JPY/ 1 Exhibition Booth
【Venue B】JR Yamagata Station Freedom Passage
100,000 JPY/ 1 Exhibition Booth
＊A venue for the exhibition booth will be in order of arrival.
①Shop Name, Organization Name ( Please write both in Japanese and English)
②1 exhibition booth (approximately D1.8m x W2.7m x H2.4m)
③1 exhibition booth (Electrical Outlet x2)
④2 narrow tables and 3 pipe chairs are set by COC
Other options (It will cost if you order the following items additionally.)

●1,000 JPY/ 1 pipe chair
〈Payment for Exhibit Fee〉
We will inform how to pay the fee together with a notification of permitting for
attendance. Your payment should be completed by the due date.
9.
About a notification for Permitting of Attendance
The presence or absence of the permission, will keep you posted by a letter or an e-mail.
10. About the Orientation for the Exhibition
We will hold the orientation meeting for about exhibition booth and each venue. We will
request your attend as follows.

11. About Using of Name of the Association or its Trademark
We will use the company/ organization name including its photograph under the
operating of conference. (We will not use this information excepting this purpose.)
12. Others
① It is not available to use a fire source and an electric appliance for preparing food in
the event venue.
② The event will be canceled by COC when the natural disaster or an overwhelming
disaster happened.
③ The event schedule will be changed by COC when the natural disaster or an
overwhelming disaster happened.
④ If the delegates will sell their goods or samples in the event venue including
exhibition booth, they have to apply to COC in advance. The one who accept the
event regulations will be able to sell the goods. COC will not participate in sales
transactions.
⑤ Distribution of samples or the materials explaining product should be done in the
exhibition booth.
⑥ COC will cancel or restrict the exhibition when they recognized the exhibition itself
disturb its operation.
⑦ Event promoter and COC will not compensate for any damages about missing
goods, a theft, broken products and tools, a transport accident, damage by
irresistible force etc.
⑧ When a dispute, formal objection, other problems occur about the exhibition, the
delegates shall solve it based on responsibility and the expense burden on self, and
a promoter and the COC do not take responsibility for all.
⑨ The cancellation of a contract after having been informed of the exhibition decision
is not accepted as generally.
⑩ When it was found to be a gang, a gang affiliate or the person concerned, other
antisocial powers or when it became clear to use these anti-society power, COC
declines exhibition.
