Room 130 MVC, and room, 1111, SJC The starting time listed for the meeting is approximate. Public testimony will be invited in
conjunction with discussion on each item.

Sarah asked for anymore club webpage forms and membership documents. She reminded us that there
are clubs that have not turned them in yet.
b.
Some clubs have not submitted club charters yet and there are still some being approved. Myrna
mentioned the Ceramic club has submitted their charter which has yet to be approved. The Ceramic club
charter was set for the agenda at the next ASB meeting.
c.
ICC Secretary was appointed. The new ICC Secretary is Anita Botello-Santoyo.

5. Public Comment
This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Associated Student Body on issues not already appearing on
the agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced.
The member’s discussed the process at clubs must follow in order to request funding and approval for activities. In answer to
Tonya asking how the Eco club would request money for supplies. Sarah explained what paperwork must complete ten days
before the event if possible and where to submit all the documents for approval.

Discussion Items
a.
Sarah talked about the presidents BBQ and club involvement in that. We spoke about clubs making
posters and attending the event. Sarah informed us that ASB would not be handing out shirts at the BBQ.
b.
We began to discuss the Halloween event. Sarah asked if any clubs had ideas for activities. The Culture
Club is planning a face painting booth. The Eco Club is playing a coloring booth for the kids. Tonya also
mentioned the possibility selling candy bags during the event. Sarah is planning to hand out ASB shirts
for the ICC members and plans to take sizes next ICC meeting.
c.
Meeting times were discussed. Sarah wants to change meeting times from four times a mouth to two
times a mouth. She asked for attending member’s opinions on the change and they all agree that meeting
two times a mouth was a good idea. We will be discussing this change at the next meeting.
d.
Sarah asked for action items for next the next meeting. The Culture club is planning a culture movie
nights on the first and third Friday of every mouth. Sarah explained that Culture club needed to fill out
an activity sheet for the event and it would be added to next weeks meeting agenda.
