laws, as well as any

Participate at all Board
meetings & see that
accurate records are kept
on file. Adhere to bylaws
and code of ethics.
Attend regional, state (and
national) trustee meetings
and workshops.
Be aware of the library’s long-range
plan and remain knowledgeable as to
the status of the plan.
Implement policies as adopted
by the Board. Apprise the
Board of need for new
policies. Acquaint Friends
with library policies.
