Requirements for Format of Applications Submitted for Making of Registry Entry in Register of
Alcohol
Regulation No. 69 of the Minister of Agriculture of 21 August 2002

amended by the following Regulation:

The Regulation is established on the basis of subsection 9 (5) of the Alcohol Act (RT I 2002, 3,
7; 63, 387).
§ 1. Manner for submission of applications
Applications for the making of a registry entry in the State Register of Alcohol (hereinafter
register of alcohol) shall be submitted on paper to the authorised processor of the state register of
alcohol.
§ 2. Requirements for format of applications
(1)
An applicant shall submit an application which shall set out the following information:
1)
the name of the applicant;
2)
the number of the excise warehouse activity licence;
3)
the date and number of the decision of approval of the food business;
4)
the number of the registration in the register of economic activities;

information concerning payment of the state fee;

5)
seat and address and contact details (telephone, fax, e-mail address) of the applicant;
6)
name of product;
7)
country of origin of product;
8)
type of product;
9)
manufacturer's name;
10)
manufacturing country;
11)
address and contact details (telephone, fax, e-mail address) of the manufacturer;
12)
the capacity of consumer packaging or, in the case of alcohol not packaged in consumer
packaging, the capacity of the packaging;
13)
ethanol content of product;
14)
the eight-digit code of the product according to the combined nomenclature;

15)
material of the consumer packaging or packaging;
16)
number of labels of consumer packaging or packaging;
17)
shape and colour of the bottle (indicate whether the bottle is a Burgundy, Bordeaux, port
or German wine, sparkling wine or other bottle);
18)
the material of closure;
19)
colour of the closure;
20)
shape of the closure;
21)
in the existence of stocking, a corresponding notation;
22)
colour of the stocking;
23)
in the existence of front label, a corresponding notation;
24)
in the existence of back label, a corresponding notation;
25)
in the existence of neck label, a corresponding notation;
26)
in the existence of other label, a corresponding notation;
27)
a list of documents and materials annexed to the application;
28)
the name, position and signature of the person who submits the application.
(2)
Upon receipt of an application, the authorised processor of the register of alcohol shall set
out the following information on the application submitted:
1)
application number;
2)
date of receiving the application;
3)
name and signature of the person who receives the application;
4)
return and date of return of a product sample;
5)
name and signature of person who returns the product sample;
6)
name and signature of person who receives the product sample.
§ 3. Entry into force of Regulation
This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2002.
