I understand that resident membership includes the immediate members of my family, living at the same address, including children under the age of 21. All others are considered guests and subject to the daily guest fee for fishing privileges. 1. Mail the application with a check for $1000.00 (plus 6.75% sales tax) non-refundable, one-time initiation fee. (Currently initiation fee is being waived until July 1, 2016.) 2. Membership card will be mailed within 30 days of receipt of your application. Billing will be sent monthly for all subsequent charges. 3. Monthly resident dues fee is $155 (plus 6.75% sales tax) per month. 4. The Club requires a $50 (plus 6.75% sales tax) per month food minimum for dining. 5. Fishing hours – 9:00 a.m. until dark, Tuesday through Sunday All members must register upon arrival, before fishing. Members may choose to keep all fish caught at the current pound rate, sign up for the daily catch & release program at $15 per day or sign up for the annual catch & release program at $200 for the year (April 1 to March 31) no pro-rated fee available. 5. Large fishing groups must be arranged in advance (over 10 people). 6. No live bait allowed, except in the upper lake; streams are reserved for fly fishing only. No fishing off Lodge porch. 7. The club is closed on Mondays. The Log Cabin Dining Room is open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Sunday Brunch (a la carte) is served 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Reservations are strongly suggested and should be made for the time you plan to dine, not the time you plan to arrive at the club. 8. The Log Cabin Dining Room and the members lodge is non-smoking. 9. Pine Lake Trout Club operates as a bottle club. All beer, liquor and wine must be brought in by the member. The club charges minimal fees for set-ups, corkage and handling fees. Liquor storage lockers are available in the Member Lounge at a fee of $6.00 per month per locker. 10. Pine Lake is a tipping club. Tips should be based on service received. 11. Children must be directly accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult at all times while on club property. 12. Members are responsible for the conduct of their family and guests.
