Updated OECD Guidance Document

The Biocides Team at PCD would like to inform biocide stakeholders, consultants and
product authorisation holders submitting product dossiers that the OECD has published a
revision of the 2003 Emission Scenario Document on Wood Preservatives, (Oct 2013).
The document has been restructured, emission scenarios have been updated and new, niche
scenarios have been added. The document is an essential tool for Member State countries
working in the area of biocidal products assessment.
PCD would advise anyone who is involved in study assessments and dossier preparation to
familiarise themselves with the updated OECD document.
