Environmental Reporting, OH
Prepared various environmental reports including SARA Tier II Chemical Storage Inventories, Toxic
Release Inventory (TRI), Ohio Air Permit to Install/Operate applications, and Stormwater No Exposure
Certifications, Spill Prevention and Counter Controls Plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans for various industrial clients.
Trainer of Environmental and Safety Training, Various Locations
Provided railroad training prepared by the client in response to Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulation 49 CFR, Part 214 to co-workers and subcontractors. Provided (SWPPP) training to industrial client to give employees an understanding of the storm water permit obligations including sampling and reporting requirements.
Quality Control Supervisor, Fremont, OH
Responsible for ensuring subcontractor completed final remediation construction activities per construction specifications. Project required supervision of approximately 5-7 workers for approximately six weeks. Upon completion of activities submitted Final Remedial Action Report to US EPA per the requirements identified in the Consent Order between US EPA and client.
No Further Action Letter Submittal, Ohio EPA
Worked with Environmental Professional to develop and organize NFA submittal for major industrial facility. Submittal required extensive research and interpretation of regulations and application of the regulations within a total submittal of nine reports. Submittal included Operation and Maintenance Plan,
Groundwater Monitoring Plan, Phase I and Phase II Reports.
Compliance Audits, OH
Performed limited multi-media compliance audits at industrial/manufacturing facilities in conjunction with
ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Limited environmental compliance assessment evaluated whether the facility was in material compliance with both environmental permits held by the facility, as well as with primary environmental rules and regulations.
Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector, Tazewell, TN
Conducted weekly inspections at a highway construction site to evaluate erosion and sediment control measures in accordance with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Task included making weekly recommendations for erosion and sediment control repairs and improvements to TDOT personnel and submitting written weekly inspection reports to TDOT.
UST Remedial Action, Washington D.C.
Interfaced between the commercial railroad client and the governing agency to ensure compliance of the project. Responsible for obtaining and coordinating with a UST certified DC contractor. Ensured that contractor submitted necessary permits and notified the DC Department of Health UST division and DC
Fire Marshall. Also responsible for preparing and submitting the closure report with the recommendation that no further action was warranted at the site and the tank be registered as permanently closed.
