Saint Francis South Medical Office Building, Tulsa, OK
 Task Manager for project consisting of a 30 ac site with an existing hospital, proposed Medical Office
Building, parking garage, surface parking lots, and a 2000 LF road. Coordinated with City Staff, INCOG,
Client, Owner and project team including weekly conference calls to ensure the 30 ac project was in budget
and on schedule. Reviewed financial reports and effort billed to the project monthly and adjusted project
schedule appropriately. Revised the site layout, storm sewer, grading, sanitary sewer, and water systems
per Client request and City comments. Guided the project through the entire City submittal process to
approval. Researched solar lighting and discussed advantages and disadvantages with the Client. Assisted
with site lighting plan and photometric calculations. Discussed multiple site lighting options with the
Client. Researched LEED requirements and filled out LEED credits online for the civil engineering portion
of the project. Coordinated with contractor consistently during construction and reviewed shop drawings.
Saint Francis South Masterplan, Tulsa, OK
 Preliminary drainage analysis, preliminary detention sizes for 300 ac master planned development.
Detention design of 4 onsite ponds including interconnected pond system. Drainage analysis for multiple
detention options including onsite and offsite detention and discussed these options with the Client and the
architect to find the best solution for the project. Reviewed preliminary grading, cut/ fill analysis,
preliminary sanitary sewer analysis, and preliminary water layout.
Methodist Hospital, Addison, TX
 Work planned the project to ensure timely submittal to the City for review. Researched City design
requirements. Designed storm sewer system, detention, and graded the 7 ac site. Attended the City
Council meeting for approval of the hospital use. Assisted in completing the civil plan set.
Rayzor Ranch, Denton, TX
 Task Manager for Storm Sewer and Drainage analysis, designed a portion of sanitary sewer and grading for
300 ac mixed use project. Compiled an Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for a portion of the project.
Coordinated with a civil engineering project team of approximately 25 people in order to meet a tight
deadline. Worked with project team to produce civil engineering plans.
