General Policies –
You are licensing this software for use on a single computer unless you have selected Additional Seats.
The California Compliance modules are designed for compliance with the 2013 California Building Energy Efficiency Standards.
The ASHRAE 90.1 module is designed for compliance with the 2010 ASHRAE 90.1 Standards (Appendix G).
The ASHRAE 90.1 module is designed for use with LEED v4.
Maintenance releases for EnergyPro 6.0 will be provided at no charge via download. Updates to new versions will be provided at no charge for 90 days
from date of purchase, and at a discounted rate if past 90 days.
We provide free demonstration versions of our software so you can evaluate our product prior to purchase. You are encouraged to try the software
before you purchase by downloading our demonstration version. Because we do not copy-protect our software, all sales are final.
We do not allow sale or transfer of your software license to another company or individual.
We do not sell, rent or distribute our user list to anyone. We will use your e-mail address to periodically notify you of important seminars, software
updates as well as notable changes to the Standards.

Support Policies –
Support services will only be provided to the registered user.
Installation support is available free for 30 days from date of purchase via telephone at (415) 897-6400 x315.
Operational support is available free via e-mail for one year from date of purchase at support@energysoft.com.
Free training seminars on the software are available through the California Utility Companies.
