Financial Literacy Certification Test Packages:
o Package 1: Pre Test and Certification Test
o Pretest: $4.00 per test taken
o Certification Test: $8 per test taken
o Package II: Certification Test Only

The Financial Literacy Certification (Pre Test and) Test is an untimed
Test. The Test can be administered in a single class period. The
student survey can be administered the day before the Test except in
schools with double periods. In these schools, the survey and test can
be administered in one double period on the same day.
Multiple session administration is available.

 Identify a teacher or administrator at the school who will be the
designated contact person with w!se
 Complete our Participation Agreement, located at:

 Upon receipt of registration, designated contact person will receive:
o The w!se Teachers’ Guide, a curriculum outline containing topics

for teachers to cover. Test questions are on these topics.
o A directory of websites of organizations that offer instructional
resources related to the test
o Details for accessing our online practice tests
o A welcome email with a log-in ID and password to access and
administer our online Certification Test
Test Set up: To administer the Financial Literacy Certification Test:
 A test set-up and administration user guide is provided
 Phone orientations scheduled held during the month prior to testing.
Proctoring
Guidelines:
A secure browser, which prevents students who are taking the (Pre
Test or) Test from accessing any other computer application during
test taking, must be downloaded before students can take the online
(Pre Test or) Test.
w!se recommends, but does not require, that instructors, who teach
the content for which the Test will be administered, be prohibited from
proctoring the online test.
