Students must discuss their request to transfer course with both the Subject Leaders (for
Joint Honours) or Course Leader (for Single Honours/Foundation Degree/HND/C) and obtain
their signature on this form for BOTH the current course AND the proposed (new) course.
Applications without 2 signatures will not be processed.
Students should be aware that transfer to a new course will not automatically be approved
and may be subject to references and checks on qualifications, student records of
achievement and student files.
Please note that where additional modules need to be undertaken to meet Award Map
requirements an additional fee may be charged.

