17-item self-report measure about posttraumatic symptoms
for adults and adolescents 18 and older. Used widely in the
USA VA Hospital system. Available at no cost on line if
Googled. Administer it every session or once a month.

TSCC is self report for children aged 8-16; TSCYC is
a caregiver report measure for younger children:
TSI is a self report measure for adults. These measures
assess post- traumatic symptoms on 6 factors: anxiety,
depression, PTSD, anger, dissociation, and sexual concerns
Parenting Stress Index
(PSI)
The short form of this measure assesses parental distress in
their relationships with their children. Available at PAR.
Child Sexual Behavior
Index (CSBI)
38-item parent/caregiver report form for children’s
sexualized behaviors, aged 2-12. PAR.
Child Dissociative
Checklist (CDC)
Parent/caregiver screening measure for dissociative
symptoms in children aged 5-12. Available at no cost

Adolescent Dissociative
Experiences Scale
