Leadership Major objectives: To drive network engagement through increased use of the online Marketplace by Future Leaders and Associate Future Leaders. To ensure high quality support is available on the Marketplace through approved, responsive and highly effective specialists. To contribute to the development of our online platforms and to demonstrate continuous improvement, collaboration and flexibility. Role requirements: Five days per week. Weekend work is occasionally a requirement of this job with time off in lieu as compensation. Regional travel will be required including regular meetings in London. Key job role responsibilities To drive network engagement through increased use of the online Marketplace by Future Leaders and Associate Future Leaders To ensure high quality support is available on the Marketplace through approved, responsive and highly effective specialists To manage the subscription process of Associate Future Leaders To contribute to the development of our online platforms, with particular focus on areas relevant to the Marketplace, Associate Future Leader status and the payback scheme Online Marketplace Marketplace is an online service where our members can target personalised support from their peers and other specialists within our network. Produce a weekly report summarising Marketplace activity, including key statistics and progress towards KPIs 8 January 2015 Issue timely, personalised reminders to participants advising them to use their credits Create and publicise simple, step by step guidance for creating Marketplace requests Boost the profile of the Marketplace by further sharing of success stories across the network Work with Online Development Officer to raise the profile of specialists across the network Recruit new, high quality Marketplace specialists using the latest Impact Initiatives Ensure that sufficient Marketplace specialists with the required specialisms are recruited to meet levels of demand Ensure that Marketplace specialists are responsive and provide high quality support Improve the quality and consistency of information available on specialists’ profiles Work with Online Development Officer to chase participants involved in open and outstanding requests to ensure that as many requests as possible are carried through to completion Associate Future Leader membership The Associate Future Leader package is a membership service available to completing programme participants (alumni) and others within our network, which offers a range of high quality benefits. Evaluate uptake of Associate Future Leader membership Design and refresh communications for AFL subscription and renewal Chase those who do not sign up by the deadline date and manage post-deadline status changes Monitor the Associate inbox to ensure efficient and effective customer service Design and produce monthly AFL E-Newsletter with assistance from the communications team Ensure a high rate of membership renewal Payback Payback is a scheme whereby programme participants give back their time in exchange for the high quality subsidised training and development they receive as part of the programme. Assist with management of exit cases and updates to participant contract Send timely and informative payback deadline communications Negotiate and prepare settlement agreements with completing cohorts and hand over to Finance Department Assist in the development of payback partnerships Report on and analyse payback data (how it is completed and who by) in order to seek ways of increasing payback completed Data Management Carry out fortnightly checks to ensure that participant data held in Salesforce for reporting purposes is accurate and up to date Follow up with a relevant member of staff when any errors or discrepancies are found and ensure that they are resolved as soon as possible Online provision 8 January 2015 Support the development of sections of our online platform FLIP, our online networking site Learning Lounge (or equivalent) and Box (or equivalent) that are relevant to the Marketplace, Associate Future Leader status and payback.
