Top qualifiers (2 boys and 2 girls) advance to the finals in San Diego, California: July 13-17, 2015
Boys (36 holes):
15-17 years-old champion (1 boy)
Boys 15-17 years-old: Cut to low 50% of the field (plus ties) after the opening round.
Boys (18 holes):
13-14 years-old champion (1 boy)
Girls (18 holes):
15-17 years-old champion (1 girl), 13-14 years-old champion (1 girl)
Girls (18 holes): Low scorer; winner must shoot a score less than 10 strokes over par to qualify.

subject to approval or rejection at any time (either before or during the Championship) by the Tournament Committee at its
discretion. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming behavior.

1. PLAYING CONDITIONS: Boys 15-17: Blue Markers. Boys 13-14: White Markers. Girls: Red Markers.
2. RULES COMMITTEE: The LVJGT tournament officials will be the rules committee of the tournament, and will make any
necessary rulings throughout the tournament. All rules decisions are final. 3. THREESOME PAIRINGS: Blind draw.
4. STARTING TIMES: Will be available beginning Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from www.golfgalv.com, or at 610-437-4982.
NOTE: The Lehigh Valley Junior Golf Tour (LVJGT) and its committees, reserves the right to verify handicaps, addresses, and amateur
status of all tournament applicants as defined by the United States Golf Association. All applications for entrance to LVJGT tournaments are
subject to acceptance by the tournament committee. The tournament committee reserves the right to limit entries, adjust tournament dates,
times, competitive formats, and expenditures, and other tournament procedures to adjust to conditions prevailing at the time of the
tournament. All applicants agree to abide by the rules of golf as defined by the United States Golf Association, local tournament rules set
forth by the LVJGT and the tournament committee; and any rules committee rulings. Applicants to LVJGT tournaments hereby release the
LVJGT tournament committee, rules committee, and host course personnel from any and all liability for any event or consequence
whatsoever in any way arising out of or relating to the applicants entry and/or participation in any LVJGT tournament; with the sole and
singular exception of liability arising out of willful misconduct by the tournament committee. Entrance fees are non-refundable, except to
players who withdraw seven (7) days in advance, or cancellation of play due to severe weather conditions, in which case applicable greens
fees will be refunded subject to the tournament host golf club's refund policy.

2. click on the Lehigh Valley Junior Golf Tour heading. There are two drop-down menu items, click on
“Welcome to the LVJGT”.
3. click on the "Tournament Sign Up" icon
4. click on "I am a new member", click on “Next”
5. waiver page: click on "I agree to the above waiver", click “Next”
6. fill out the membership form, click “Next”
7. pay the $50 junior tour membership fee – Lehigh Valley Junior Golf Tour
8. register to play in tournaments
