Please note:
Directions:
 In accordance with Governmental regulations, it is necessary to attest and certify your:
(a) High school diploma, and
(b) RUW transcript
by the Ministry of Higher Education before the deadline for submitting this form given above. Please
inquire at the Registrar’s Office regarding your Ministry of Education Identity Number and for
additional guidance.
 You must pay a graduation fee regardless of whether you will attend the graduation ceremony.
Please pay this fee at the Finance Department before submitting this form.
 You are entitled to maximum five (5) guest admission tickets to the graduation ceremony.
1. Have your highschool diploma and RUW transcript certified by the Ministry of Higher Education well
in advance of the above deadline.
2. Visit RUW administrative departments to settle any outstanding liabilities.
3. Meet your Dean of Faculty to confirm you are eligible for graduation.
4. Pay the Graduation fee of BD 50/- at the Finance Department.
5. Bring this form and all the specified documentation to the Registrar’s Office.
