GENERAL POINTS – BREAKDOWN
This Price Schedule summarises all the prices applicable to the contract:
1 The overall annual lump sum corresponding to the functioning of the administrative
structure;
2 The hourly rates applicable to staff from the operational structure. These hourly rates
distinguish, by category, the services provided on working days and those provided at the
weekend and during public holidays. It should be noted that, in the event of provision of a
service straddling two periods, it is the moment when the service is taken which will determine
the hourly rate. Example: for an officer on duty from Friday to Saturday, the order form will
indicate the ‘working days’ hourly rate. For an officer on duty from Sunday to Monday, the order
form will indicate the ‘weekends and public holidays’ hourly rate.
These amounts are lump sums exclusive of tax expressed in euros. They may be revised
according to the clauses of the framework contract.
The tenderer is required to fill in all the sections in the price schedule.

1. ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE
The overall annual lump sum corresponds to all the costs from the administrative structure as
defined in the invitation to tender documents. This amount will be invoiced monthly (one twelfth).

* The public holidays to be taken into consideration are those of the European Parliament. For illustrative
purposes, the list of EP public holidays in 2015 is appended to the last page of this document.

3. EVALUATION SCENARIO
The total price to consider for the evaluation of the tenders will be equal to the sum of the
annual prices calculated according to the estimated volume for each category (lines 1-10) and
the annual price for the administrative section (line 11).
The volumes indicated in the Price Schedule are only an estimation and do not represent a
commitment on the part of the European Parliament.
