Fees:
There are fees associated with physical education (6th-9th); course fees (7-12th); sports fees; field trips (6-12th); club
fees; parking fees (10-12th); graduation fees, and others to be determined by necessity. Please see the Detailed Fee
Sheet for approximate amounts and due dates.
The Application/Re-enrollment and Testing Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as well as NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Payment of the Application Fee will only reserve an available place for your child to be tested.
All tuition must be paid in full by May 20, 2016. For students starting after August 31, 2015, the annual tuition amount
will be prorated for the days in attendance at KCS. Tuition provides the following for each student: textbook rental
and consumable textbooks, student admission to all regular home athletic events, Parent-Student Handbook, school
library privileges, and use of a school locker for 6th through 12th grade.
AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFTS through Smart Tuition will be set up for the 1st, 15th or 20th . Smart
Tuition is not optional for any family, regardless of the payment plan. While we can accept payments in
office we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the many payment options that Smart Tuition offers
directly. We will not be responsible for late fees that are assessed by Smart Tuition due to paying in our
office too close to your due date.
Late Fees: A $40.00 late fee will be assessed on any charges that are not paid by your set up date. This is applicable to
any and all fees including ASC, Lunches, Sports Fees, Fundraisers, etc.
Insufficient Funds Charge: A $30.00 NSF charge will be placed on returned checks for Tuition, BSC/ASC,
Lunches, Sports Fees, Fundraisers, etc.
CREDIT CARD FEES: All fees on school accounts (billed through Smart Tuition) will be assessed a 2.65%
convenience fee if you choose to pay by debit or credit card in our office.
