After we have received this form you will be sent a receipt of your course booking and a pre-course
questionnaire. Information on course venues, cheap hotel rates, airlines and course venue directions will
then follow later by email.

Applicable Terms and Conditions
1. Offers cannot be combined and are valid for a limited time up until 1 month before the Practical Essentials of GC start date.
2. The 4 for the price of 3 offer is only valid for 4 people attending the same course at the same location.
3. All courses and material will be presented in native English language using high visual content. If language problems arise, we will
endeavour to do all we can to support analysts. However, we cannot provide alternative language or translation services.
4. All course attendees are requested to complete a pre-course questionnaire in order to ascertain the level of knowledge and English
language. Contact will be made by the course instructor in case of any concerns prior to the course.
5. A minimum of 15 attendees will be required for a course to proceed; A maximum of 60 analysts will be accommodated on any course
at any one time.
6. All payment for courses must be received in advance of attendance of the course. Offers are made as specified.
7. Anthias Consulting Ltd and Amoeba Sciences are not responsible for flights or hotel bookings or their cancellation policies. Course
attendees therefore book flights and hotels at their own risk.
8.Course cancellation will incur a penalty of a deductible amount per person: -50% up to 8 weeks before the course; -75% up to 4 weeks
before the course; -100% up to 2 weeks before the course. Under exceptional circumstances, an alternative course may be offered
without the incurring any penalty.
9. Anthias Consulting Ltd and Amoeba Sciences Ltd reserve the right to cancel a course with a full refund of course fees, or provision of
an acceptable alternative course, due to under subscription or other unforeseeable circumstances without incurring any due penalty.
Course attendees are to be notified at least 2 weeks in advance by email of any changes to the course schedule for which they have
registered. Consulting Ltd and Amoeba Sciences Ltd will not however be liable for any costs incurred by airlines or hotels as a result of
any changes.
