Randy Geoghagan – Co-Founder – V.P. of Business Development
Randy Geoghagan attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Business
Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems. During college, Randy participated
for four years in a cooperative education program with International Business Machines in Atlanta, Ga.
Upon graduation, he joined Andersen Consulting. At Andersen Consulting, Randy was assigned to the
Products group and primarily worked with manufacturing organizations on enterprise systems
implementation projects. Randy worked with an international group of companies including Asea Brown
Boveri – ABB, Destileria Serralles, Ciba Vision, VAW of America, Snapper and Simmons Corp.
Randy joined several others from Andersen Consulting in January 1996 to start-up a newly established
division of Systems & Computer Technology (SCT) Corporation. The start-up focused on building
enterprise applications for process manufacturers using the newest object oriented programming tools.
Randy’s initial responsibilities were to build a professional services organization in the Southeast Region
from scratch and to develop a methodology that would govern the implementation process for all
engagements nationwide. Randy successfully created the methodology that is still in use today. As well,
he recruited and hired 21 project managers, product consultants, and technical consultants within the first
twelve months. Using this new team, Randy exceeded budget expectations by 100% and generated $14
million dollars in services revenue in only the second year of operation. Subsquently, Randy moved to
broaden his skill base and pursue a sales position left open by the newly appointed Vice President of
Sales. Randy developed the territory and produced more revenue than any other person within the sales
organization over the past two years. At the end of last year, amidst Y2K concerns, Randy was
responsible for selling the largest supply chain management project ever within the company to Miller
Brewing Company.
