NORTHPOINT HOMESCHOOL CLASSES
2009-2010 TUITION/FEES FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
I, ________________________, as the Parent/Guardian, agree to pay all applicable tuition, supply, lab, and
administrative fees in full and on the dates these fees are due. I also understand that:
Tuition is payable on a quarterly basis, with four quarters per school year, and that these payments
are due directly to the teacher.
Applicable supply and lab fees are due, on a one-time basis, with the first quarter’s payment and
are also paid directly to the teacher.
The administrative fees and applicable study hall fees are payable on a quarterly basis, with four
quarters per school year, and that these payments are due to Northpoint Homeschool Classes.
If these payments are past due by more than three (3) class days, I am responsible for paying a
$25.00 late fee. This late fee is per class and is payable directly to the teacher. PLEASE NOTE:
First quarter tuition is past due and subject to late fees if not received by Monday, June 22, 2009.
There is also a $10.00 late fee if the administrative fee is past due by more than three (3) class
days. This fee is payable directly to Northpoint. PLEASE NOTE: First quarter administrative fee
is past due and subject to a late fee if not received by Monday, June 22, 2009.
My student is allowed one (1) study hall per day at no charge and that each additional study hall is
$25.00 per quarter. This is paid directly to Northpoint and is due at the time of the tuition
payments.
In the event of a returned check, I am responsible for reimbursement of any incurred charges.
Two non-payments will result in removal from enrollment unless prior arrangement has been
made with the teacher and the Administrator.

The first quarter tuition is due on Monday, June 15, 2009.
Tuition is paid at the beginning of the remaining three quarters, and is due on or before the following

NOTE: Tuition is paid directly to each individual teacher.
Tuition does not include the following:
1. Application Fee.
A fee of $100.00 is required to hold your student(s) place in a class(es) and is nonrefundable. This application fee is PER family. This is paid directly to Northpoint and
should accompany the enrollment application.


2.
Administrative Fee.
A fee of $25.00 is due each quarter. This administrative fee is PER student. The first
installment is due with the first tuition payment (June 15, 2009) and the remaining
installments are due with each subsequent tuition payment. This fee is paid directly to
Northpoint Homeschool Classes.
3.
Textbooks.
The purchase of textbooks is the responsibility of each family. Required texts are listed in the
course descriptions. These texts can be purchased from the teacher (contact the teacher
directly for order information) or parent(s) may choose to order them directly.
4.
Other Classroom Materials.
Teachers may require other materials, such as notebooks, calculators, etc. See course
descriptions for details.
5.
Lab/Supply Fees.
Some courses may require additional lab or supply fees. These fees are detailed on the course
descriptions. This is to be paid directly to the teacher with the first tuition installment.
6.
Study Hall Fees.
Students are allowed one (1) study hall each day at no charge. Each additional study hall is
$25.00 per quarter. This is to be paid directly to Northpoint at the time tuition and
administrative fees are due.
