Beta Rho Alumni Chapter
Alumni Pledge Program
This is designed to be an annual installment program over a ten-year period with an option to
renew at the end of the term. The purpose is to create and maintain an annual level of giving to
the Beta Rho Alumni Association. The primary goals being to retire debt and fund an account for
future development of the chapter property and the undergraduate chapter in general where it is
deemed fitting by the Alumni Board or any committee appointed by the Board for such purposes.

Green Donor:
I pledge to donate $1,000 over the course of the next 10 years.
Donation may be made in a lump sum of $100 by March 15 or a quarterly payment of $25 will
be due on March 15, June 15, Sep 15 and Dec 15.

Gold Donor:
I pledge to donate $2,000 over the course of the next 10 years.
Donation may be made in a lump sum of $200 by March 15 or a quarterly payment of $50 will
be due on March 15, June 15, Sep 15 and Dec 15.

Crescent Donor:
I pledge to donate $3,000 over the course of the next 10 years.
Donation may be made in a lump sum of $300 by March 15 or a quarterly payment of $75 will
be due on March 15, June 15, Sep 15 and Dec 15.

Sickle & Sheaf Donor:
I pledge to donate $4,000 over the course of the next 10 years.
Donation may be made in a lump sum of $400 by March 15 or a quarterly payment of $100
will be due on March 15, June 15, Sep 15 and Dec 15.
Disclaimer: Currently donations to this program are not tax deductible per IRS regulations.
By signing below and checking the appropriate box next to my preferred level of giving I agree to
the terms of this agreement. I further understand that by agreeing to this pledge program the
Alumni Association has agreed to forego my annual alumni dues of $25 and I will remain in good
standing with the alumni association. Upon expiration of this agreement I agree to resume my
annual dues contribution of $25 or to renew this agreement at such time.
