AFRICAN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
OLD MUTUAL PRINCIPALS ACADEMY
Information & Commitment form
All potential students of the African Leadership Institute (ALI) need to read through the following
document. The information will provided clarity on our core values and training process. If you agree
with the content of this document you may sign it and return it to our offices in order for you to be
considered for enrolment. Please read through the document carefully:
At the African Leadership Institute (ALI) we believe that God has a very special dream for our country
and continent. Through the powerful work of His Spirit He wants His glory to shine over Namibia and
Africa like the waters covers the sea and we believe God is calling and raising leaders to be part of this
dream.
As a leader, I hereby commit myself to be equipped and developed by ALI:
I understand the following about the African Leadership Institute:
The ambition of ALI is to equip and develop leaders to transform Africa. The institute is a catalyst in the
transformation of Africa to bring hope and become an example for the world. We are committed to
conquer the challenges of corruption, crime, poverty, HIV/Aids, unemployment, lack of certain
specialized skills, struggle with inferiority, economic freedom and so forth.
I realise that the training will impact the following areas of my life and leadership:
 Mind and heart will be equipped to bring lasting change to Africa
 Character will be strengthened to endure the pressures of leadership in our time
 Skills to cast vision, building of strong teams, get-the-job-done and live a life of financial freedom
will be materially enhanced.
 Support levels around me will be set in place to ensure accountability, transparency, ongoing
development, results and growth.
 Ability to live a balanced life of prioritized relationships (including relationships with close family
members and friends) will be vastly improved.
 Will go home with a comprehensive written action plan.
I therefore commit myself to the following process:
