Liang, J.D., as associate dean of admissions and records at Santa Ana College. With experience in community college administration and instruction, Liang has served as interim associate dean since fall 2008. Prior to assuming that role, he served as associate dean of financial aid for the college since October 2006. Previously, he had served as the contracts specialist for RSCCD since June 2006. In that role, he was responsible for the review of district contracts. Formerly, at Chaffey Community College, Liang was a business law professor helping to advance the knowledge of state and federal regulations that govern how businesses operate. Prior to that, he served as a certified law clerk in the Law Offices of Jeffrey T. Osborn. As associate dean, his responsibilities include the supervision and administration of all college services and programs provided through the Office of Admissions and Records, including admissions, residency, registration, maintenance of student academic records, student fee waivers, evaluation and degree verification and related information systems. Additionally, He is responsible for the submission and maintenance of required data for state apportionment reports and understanding and applying related laws and regulations. Liang earned a J.D. from Trinity Law School and a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, in business administration. He also holds an A.A. in business management from Chaffey Community College.
