If you plan to register for any course at another institution with the intent of transferring that course to Liberty, you should complete this form. Seek the advice of your Advisor when preparing this request. Guidelines to be aware of before submitting this request: Is the other institution accredited? Check Accreditation Status. Please review the Transfer Policies for the program you are pursing at Liberty Grade: Only grades of “B” or better are accepted into graduate programs. Courses earning grades of P or S are not transferable. Grades from outside institutions are not included in your Liberty grade point average. Academic Standing: Courses at another institution cannot be used to change your academic standing or serve as a reason for reinstatement following a dismissal. Calendar System: If the other college/university is based on a calendar system other than semester hours, the credits will be converted to semester credit at the time of evaluation. Graduation Requirements: Be aware of the graduation requirements for your degree completion plan, particularly the number of hours to be taken through Liberty University. I am eligible for GI Bill benefits. How do I have these courses processed at another institution? 1. Check the box indicating that you are using GI Bill benefits. 2. A copy of the RTTAC form will be forwarded on to the Office of Military Affairs for review. 3. The Office of Military Affairs will inform the other institution’s Certifying Official that these courses can be processed under the GI Bill® benefit. 4. The other institution’s Certifying Official will process out the GI Bill accordingly. How do I submit this request? 1. Complete the form, including the first 6 columns in the table. Incomplete forms will not be processed. 2. Provide a course description or course syllabus for the requested course(s). 3. If a course description/syllabus is provided, a representative from the LU Online Office of Transfer Evaluations will evaluate your request within 5 -7 business days. 2.
