Serve as the office administrator, including the day to day operations of the Multicultural
Student Services Office (MSSO), coordinate grant funding and office budgets,

programs designed for student persistence to graduation, which includes recruitment,
retention and graduation specific programs and initiatives with a focus on Education and
STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields. I also serve as the

Campus Multicultural/Disadvantage Coordinator:
 Responsible for, in collaboration with other institutional offices, for advancing the

Administrative Responsibilities:
 Supervise the day-to-day activities of MSSO
